Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 21.3.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.10535 of 2017 with a direction to the learned trial court to conduct it on day-to-day basis and the S.P., Madhepura was also directed to ensure presence of the witness, however, it is submitted that up-till-now the case has not been committed to the court of Sessions.

In such view of the matter, the learned court below is directed to expedite the commitment of the case and once it is committed to the court of Sessions, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the same and try to conclude it as soon as possible.
