The petitioner being the mother of the husband of the victim is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 349/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the daughter of the informant was killed after two years of marriage for nonfulfillment of the dowry demand by administering poison. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation is omnibus and general against entire in-laws family and the victim died natural death when the information was given to her family. It is further submitted that

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Silao P.S. Case No. 163 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
