Patna High Court CWJC No.15269 of 2014 (3) dt.31-08-2017 2/2 to withdraw the present application with liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority against the order dated 24.07.2014 passed in Case No.377 of 2013, contained in Memo No.97 dated 24.07.2014, by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Siwan.

Permission is accorded.

Counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that the case of the petitioner is covered by the case of Kalpana Rani vs. The State of Bihar & ors. reported in 2014(2) PLJR 665. The petitioner shall file an appeal before the State Appellate Authority within a period of thirty days and the same shall be disposed of in accordance with law within the statutory period.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
