The petitioner who is husband of the deceased in connection with Bahadurganj P.S. Case No. 160 of 2015 registered for the offence under Section 304(B) / 34 of the Indian Penal Code has prayed for grant of bail.
It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner only being husband of the deceased has falsely been implicated in the case. He submits that the deceased herself had committed suicide.
In view of the nature of accusation and the fact that petitioner was the husband of the deceased and marriage was
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55367 of 2015 (2) dt.18-12-2015 2/2 solemnized only three years ago, the court is not inclined to extend the privilege of bail to the petitioner. The petition stands dismissed.
Since the petitioner is in custody, the court expects that the learned court below may take steps for early disposal of the case.
