JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER 27-01-2016 The present petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 05.11.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No 50188 of 2015 for correction of the father's name of petitioner nos. 1 and 2 as well as the name of the husband of the petitioner no. 4.

2. Leaned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to sheer inadvertence, the name of father of petitioner nos. 1 and 2 was inadvertently typed as "Late Kane Thakur" in place of correct name "Late Karu Thakur" in the cause title in the petition. Such mistake has therefore been carried in the order dated 05.11.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No 50188 of 2015. It is further submitted that in the said order, the name of the husband of petitioner no.4 has inadvertently been typed as "Ram Thakur" in place of correct

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55966 of 2015 (3) dt.27-01-2016 2/2 name "Bam Thakur".

3. In the above view of the matter, the order dated 05.11.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No 50188 of 2015 is hereby modified to the above effect that father's name of petitioner nos. 1 and 2 shall be corrected to read as " Late Karu Thakur" and the name of husband of petitioner no.4 shall also be corrected to read as "Bam Thakur" in the array of the parties.

4. In this view of the matter, the time granted for surrender before the learned Court below in terms of order dated 05.11.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No 50188 of 2015 is extended by four weeks from today.
