The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Excise Case No. 69/2018 registered U/S 30 (a) and 38 (i) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.
The allegation is regarding recovery of 15 liters of illicit liquor from the toilet situated at the back of the house of the petitioner.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that neither any recovery has been made from the conscious possession of the petitioner nor the petitioner is in anyway connected with the said recovery. The petitioner is said to be having a clean antecedent and he is languishing in custody since 28.02.2018.
