Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 324, 307, 379/34 and other allied sections of Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR, these petitioners assaulted on the shoulder of the informant by means of iron rod.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case due to village politics. Injury caused by petitioners is simple in nature. Petitioners have got clean antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let
