The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Noorsarai P.S. Case No.195 of 2015 registered under Section 341, 323, 332, 333, 353, 307, 504 and 325 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is contended that even if the entire allegations made in the complaint are taken to be true, the ingredients of the offence punishable under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code would not be attracted.

Regard being had to the nature of the offence, the

Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 195 of 2015.
