The petitioner has prayed for issuance of direction to respondents so that an entry made in receipt could be corrected but I am of the opinion that aforesaid relief can only be granted after deeper enquiry and the above stated disputed fact cannot be decided by a writ court.

Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed.
