The petitioner is in custody since 09.11.2017 in connection with Ramgarh (Nuaon) P.S. Case No. 313 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the alleged recoveries are said to have been made from his possession, the petitioner is not having any criminal antecedent and till date no T.I. Parade has been conducted nor any recovery has been made from him.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26769 of 2018 (2) dt.17-05-2018 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Bhabhua (Kaimur) in connection with Ramgarh (Nuaon) P.S. Case No. 313 of 2017.
