Earlier the prayer of bail of the petitioner was rejected by order dated 01.03.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 66 of 2017 with an observation to renew his prayer for bail after six months. Submission is that more than a year has passed thereafter and trial has not concluded.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Abash Ansari @ Abbas Ansari, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge 1st, Gopalganj in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 163 of 2016 Tr. No. 25 of 2016. (Arun Kumar, J) sujit/- U T
