07-01-2016 Heard Sri Abhay Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.C. to Govt. Pleader - 10. The petitioner, who superannuated w.e.f. 28-02-2010 as Assistant Teacher in Matric trained scale in Middle School, has approached this Court invoking its writ jurisdiction in the month of June, 2011, with a prayer to direct the respondents to grant him B.A. trained Grade IV scale w.e.f. 25-12-1988. It has been accepted that the cause of action arose to the petitioner in the year 1988, even then, he continued in service without raising any grievance and after about one year of his retirement, he approached this Court in the year 2011.

Patna High Court CWJC No.9890 of 2011 (3) dt.07-01-2016 2/2 The Court is of the opinion that once the petitioner slumbered over his right for a very long period, he may not get any relief.

The writ petition stands dismissed.
