The petitioner has been in custody since 25.02.2018 in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 58 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 417 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner is that he had impersonated in the physical test examination conducted by the Central Selection (police Selection) Office, Patna. It is further submitted that the petitioner has been taken into custody on mere suspicion. It is further submitted that no case under Section 417 of the Indian Penal Code is made out against the petitioner and further that similarly situated

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25044 of 2018 (2) dt.25-04-2018 co-accused persons have been extended the privilege of regular bail by this Court.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., XVI, Patna in connection with Gardanibagh P.S.
