The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Dhamdaha P.S. Case No.161 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 304-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the application on behalf of petitioner no. 3, namely, Gunjo Mandal @ Gunjo Devi.

Prayer is allowed. The application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as withdrawn so far as petitioner no. 3, namely, Gunjo Mandal @ Gunjo Devi is concerned.

So far as petitioner nos.1 and 2, namely, Sakho Mandal @ Sikandar Mandal @ Sako Mandal and Babita Devi

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5715 of 2021(2) dt.25-11-2021 2/2 are concerned, they are brother-in-law and sister-in-law of the deceased.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners and they have no specific role in the death of the deceased.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the application for anticipatory bail on behalf of petitioner nos. 1 and 2, namely, Sakho Mandal @ Sikandar Mandal @ Sako Mandal and Babita Devi is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioner nos.1 and 2, namely, Sakho Mandal @ Sikandar Mandal @ Sako Mandal and Babita Devi, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Dhamdaha P.S. Case No.161 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
