====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-01-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being husband of the informant is languishing in custody since 20.8.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A,307/34 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of torture and making attempt to cause burn injury.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation is omnibus and general and as per the accusation no injury was caused to the informant. It is further submitted that the investigation has already concluded and the petitioner is ready to keep the informant as wife with full dignity
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58477 of 2015 (2) dt.04-01-2016 2/2 and honour. More over, learned counsel for the informant submits that the informant is ready to accept the offer. Considering the present stand of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M.
