2. The petitioner is in custody in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379, 401 and 413 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation in the FIR, the informant parked his motorcycle bearing registration no. BR22-W-4332 in front of the house of one Sanjeev Prasad and went to teach students, which has been stolen.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case and the allegation against the petitioner is general in nature and the petitioner is not named in the FIR and he is in custody since

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- ( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-Ist Bagaha, District-West Champaran in connection with Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 522 of 2022.
