The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chhatauni P.S. Case No.238 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 188, 333, 342, 427, 353, 504 and 505 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that due to occurrence of "MaarPeet" in which the petitioner sustained injury, the petitioner and others blocked the road and when the police party reached there to maintain law and order and tried to remove the blocked of the road, the accused persons including the petitioner present there made intervention in discharging the official duties of the police. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56189 of 2015 (2) dt.15-12-2015 2/2 submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner in making intervention in discharging the official duties of the police. The petitioner is in custody since 05.10.2015.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari, in connection with Chhatauni P.S. Case No.238 of 2015. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) P.S./- U T
