Mr. APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-11-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in Maner P.S. Case No. 509/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341/323/386/387/307/147/148/120(b) of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner along with others are said to have demanded Rangdari from the prosecution side and to terrorize them one shot was fired which hit one person. There is dispute with regrd to sand mining which is quite common in that area. The further allegation is that they regularly demand Rangdari from the persons involved in transportation of sand. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to this petitioner. It is, accordingly, rejected.
