Hard copy of supplementary affidavit is kept with the record.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned APP for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bihariganj P.S. Case No. 191 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 447, 323,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49579 of 2022(2) dt.16-01-2023 2/2 307, 379, 354, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that amongst five petitioners, four are ladies. They are the persons of clean antecedent. The injuries suffered by the injured persons are simple in nature. There is case and counter case. Both sides had sustained injuries.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate first class Udakisnganj in connection with Bihariganj P.S. Case No. 191 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioners within the stipulated time provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
