The writ application was filed for a direction upon the respondents to make payment of arrears of pension, full salary for the period of suspension and interest on payment of gratuity as also on commutation of pension.

As per the averments made in the counter affidavits, the revised pension and gratuity has been paid to the petitioner and for the period of suspension, the order in the departmental proceeding provides for payment of only subsistence allowance.
