The petitioner is in custody in connection with (Madhubani) Mahila P.S. Case No. 36 of 2015 for offence punishable under Sections 342, 493, 376 and 313/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

Learned counsel for the petitioner with reference to the FIR has submits that although there is an allegation of rape against the brother of this petitioner and of collusion by the wife of this petitioner but there is no allegation against the petitioner except that he is a party to the termination of pregnancy. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the nature of allegation made, let the petitioner Sona Jha @ Pashupati Jha be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58211 of 2015 (2) dt.29-01-2016 of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge, Madhubani in connection with (Madhubani) Mahila P.S. Case No. 36 of 2015.
