JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 27-04-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 15.6.2017, seeks bail in Ahiyapur PS Case No. 451 of 2017 registered under Sections 457, 380, 411 and 414/34 of the IPC.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that merely on the basis of recovery of one ear-ring the petitioner has been implicated in this case, the recovered jewelry was not put on T.I. Parade and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Ravi Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM -cumSub Judge X Muzaffarpur in connection with Ahiyapur PS Case No. 451 of 2017.
