The petitioners being the parents of the husband of the victim are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after six years of marriage for non-fulfillment of dowry demand and disposing of the dead body.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that marriage of the victim was performed on 12.05.2007 and she gave birth of three children which is admitted by the informant as also in the First Information Report and the victim committed suicide, as a result, in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6609 of 2016 (2) dt.12-02-2016 investigation progress so far the police has lodged case under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code, which got reflects from the impugned order also. The thrust of accusation is against the husband of the victim, who is in custody. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sri Hare Ram, J.M., Ist Class, Masaurhi, Patna in connection with Dhanarua P.S.
