Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Two persons including the petitioner attempted to abduct the informant. However, on alarm, the villagers came and informant was rescued.

Submission is that informant had taken loan from the co-accused and was not refunding the same. For that dispute, false allegation has been levelled. Petitioner is in custody since 18.02.2018.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25815 of 2018 (2) dt.01-05-2018 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Saur Bazar Police Station Case No. 90 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
