JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-12-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being husband of the victim is languishing in custody since 11.8.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A and 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after three years of marriage for non fulfillment of dowry demands by causing burn injury.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the victim died due to accidental fire while cooking and the accusation is omnibus and general. The victim was provided medical assistance and it was the petitioner who informed the informant about the incident.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55852 of 2015 (2) dt.09-12-2015 2/2 Considering the thrust of accusation against the petitioner, this court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 147 of 2015 pending in the court of learned CJM, Buxar.

This application is, accordingly, dismissed. However, let the trial be expedited.
