Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned APP for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Gogari P.S. Case No. 494 of 2021, G.R. No. 3485 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 427, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that petitioners are ladies. There is case and counter case between the parties relating to some land dispute and there is

No.49282 of 2022(2) dt.12-01-2023 2/2 only allegation against petitioner no. 1 that she dashed the wife of the informant by catching her locks, and petitioner no. 2 snatched golden chain from the neck of his wife. He has submitted further that other injured persons have sustained simple injuries.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Khagaria in connection with Gogari P.S. Case No. 494 of 2021, G.R. No. 3485 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioners within the stipulated time provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
