04-05-2018 Heard Sri Umesh Chandra Verma, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. Two petitioners, who were driver and khalasi respectively on a container vehicle, have prayer for grant of bail in Chakia P.S. Case No. 14 of 2018 registered for offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners were arrested on an allegation that the petitioner no. 1 was driving a vehicle by way of putting sticker on a number plate giving different number, however; no allegation was made as to whether petitioners were carrying any illegal goods or not. Learned counsel for petitioners has drawn my attention to
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27031 of 2018(2) dt.04-05-2018 2/2 statement made in paragraph - 3 of the petition to show that the petitioners are having clean antecedent.
Considering the nature of accusation and clean antecedent of the petitioners, let both petitioners namely Kuldeep Sharma @ Wakil and Munesh Kumar be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 13th Addl.
