2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rail Sasaram P.S. Case No. 84 of 2023, lodged under Section 379 of the I.P.C.
3. As per the prosecution case, the allegation of stealing motorcycle of informant is there against the petitioner, which has been recovered from his possession.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He submits that the petitioner is in custody since 04.07.2023 having been accused in 10 more cases of serious nature.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this bail application is allowed.
7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Gaya/concerned Court below in connection with Rail Sasaram P.S. Case No. 84 of 2023 subject to condition that the petitioner will mark his attendance at Karakat(Gorari) Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) sadique/- U T
