2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 110, 324(2), 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S..
3. As per prosecution case, it is alleged that this petitioner, along with co-accused Tanik Ram, assaulted on the head of one Ravindra Ram by means of iron rod. Doctor has found the injury grievous in nature.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. As a matter of fact, both parties are neighbours and due to land dispute, this false and concocted case has been lodged. Moreover, charge-sheet has already been submitted and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48606 of 2025(4) dt.01-12-2025 2/2 petitioner is in custody since 01.04.2025. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedents.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, period of custody and clean antecedents of the petitioner, the prayer for grant bail of to the petitioner is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Nawada in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No. 93 of 2025.
