Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 504, 427, 324, 379, 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission is that the petitioner is agnate of the informant. For land dispute, there is allegation that the petitioner assaulted with Farsa to the informant. Though there is allegation of commission of injury at the neck but the Doctor has not found any injury at the neck or any other vital part of the body of the injured vide injury report at Annexure-2.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29107 of 2018 (2) dt.16-05-2018 bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sessions Trial No.65 of 2017, arising out of Baruraj Police Station Case No.78 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
