It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that due to typographical error in the last paragraph of the order dated 11.05.2022, name of petitioner no. 1 has been wrongly typed as "Rambabu Chaudhary" in place of "Sri Narayan Prasad @ Narayan Prasad" and in forth paragraph "They have got criminal antecedent" in place of "They have got no criminal antecedent".

Having perused the order dated 11.05.2022, the submission of learned counsel for the petitioners appears to be

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60294 of 2021(3) dt.04-07-2022 2/2 correct. Accordingly, the order dated 11.05.2022 is modified to the extent that in the last paragraph of the order, name of petitioner no.1 shall be read as "Sri Narayan Prasad @ Narayan Prasad" in place of "Rambabu Chaudhary" and in forth paragraph "They have got no criminal antecedent" in place of "They have got criminal antecedent".

The rest part of the order dated 11.05.2022 shall remain unchanged and the time granted to the petitioner in the said order to surrender in the learned Court below is extended by a further period of four weeks from today.
