2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Charpokhari P.S. Case No. 66 of 2025, registered under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 303(2), 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. The prosecution case, in short, is that all the accused persons including the petitioner assaulted the husband of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that there is delay of three days in lodging the FIR. The allegation levelled against the petitioner is not specific rather the same is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49347 of 2025(3) dt.10-10-2025 2/2 general and omnibus in nature. It is next submitted that the both the parties are next door neighbours. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that other co-accused have been granted regular bail by this Court vide order dated 19.08.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 37601 of 2025.

5. Learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court below/concerned Court in connection with Charpokhari P.S. Case No. 66 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
