11-01-2016 At the very outset, learned A.C. to Addl. Advocate General - 5, by way of referring to averment made in counter affidavit, in presence of learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt. Mrinalini, learned counsel for the private respondent i.e. respondent no. 5, submits that by efflux of time the writ petition has become infructuous. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute, however; he submits that order impugned, which has been challenged in the present writ petition, has already been withdrawn and as such, nothing is required to be adjudicated in the
Patna High Court CWJC No.4524 of 2011 (5) dt.11-01-2016 2/2 present case.
