Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376/511 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case is of making an attempt to ravish the grand daughter of the informant Puja Devi. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the victim has not been medically examined and even assuming the accusation no offence under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code is made out. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6728 of 2016 (2) dt.15-02-2016 petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Saran Awatar Nagar P.S. Case No. 115 of 2015, pending in the court of learned Additional District Judge-I, Saran.
With this observation this application is disposed of.
