JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 29-07-2019 Having regard to the fact that the order of suspension is in contemplation of the departmental proceeding, the Court is not inclined to grant any indulgence at this stage. However, the respondents are directed to complete the departmental proceeding within a period of six months from today failing which not only the order of suspension but also the departmental proceeding shall come to an end and the petitioner shall be entitled to reinstatement with all consequential benefits. With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
