In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 942 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272 and 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail. Earlier, the petitioner has moved before this Court vide Criminal Miscellaneous No.11049 of 2019 for grant of anticipatory bail, which has been rejected by this Court vide order dated 25.02.2019. In such view of the matter, this Court is not
