JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, who is husband of the Complainant, apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.1526 of 2013 under section 498A of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner submits that prior to filing of the instant case, he had filed Matrimonial Suit under section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act. The allegation against him is general in nature. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner Gautam Choudhary, is directed to be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of his arrest/surrender, in connection with Complaint Case No.1526 of 2013 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each
