2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in Majorganj P.S. Case No. 125 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections-25(1-b), 26 & 35 of the Arms Act.

3. Allegedly, two set bunch of motorcycle key is said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is a person of clean antecedent. The petitioner is a motorcycle mechanic and he had kept two keys of motorcycle which were the key of customers. The petitioner is in custody since 13-04-2024.

5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as also the fact that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-Ist, Sitamarhi in connection with Majorganj P.S. Case No. 125 of 2024 with condition that the petitioner shall cooperate with the trial of the case and make himself available as and when required by the court.
