Let the above named petitioner therefore be enlarged on bail, in the event of surrender within four weeks, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.15,000/-(fifteen thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Kharagpur P.S.Case No. 85 of 2014 dated 11-4-2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
