JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-12-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 28.6.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,149,341,323,324,307,354B and 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

The basic accusation is of torture and making assault to the informant, her brother and father.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that final form (chargesheet) was submitted against the petitioner under sections 147,148,149,341,323,324 and 498A of the IPC. Considering the fact that the investigation has already concluded, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties
