2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 146/2023, dated 02.04.2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 pending in the Court of learned J.M., 1st Class, Jamui.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.
