JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-03-2015 The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under sections 498 and 494 of the IPC. They are brother-in-law, sisterin-law and mother-in-law of the victim. Allegations are said to be general and omnibus in nature.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, all the three petitioners as mentioned above would be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs,5000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in Complaint case no. 1787 of 2008.
