The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Sikta P.S. Case No. 66 of 2015 for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 326, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the injury report, I am not persuaded to grant indulgence to the prayer for anticipatory bail made by the petitioner and this application is accordingly disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to surrender before the court below and pray for regular bail which application should be disposed of on its own merit by the court below without being prejudiced by the order passed in the present proceedings.
