ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 14-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner being mother in law is apprehending her arrest in connection with Pakribarawan P.S. Case No. 189 of 2015, registered for offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even on a plain reading of the complaint, there is no specific allegation against the mother in law. It is further submitted that though there is a allegation of torture, there is no demand of dowry as is evident from the F.I.R.

Considering the nature of allegation made against the present petitioner, let the petitioner above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of

Case No. 189 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
