The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Specific allegation of commission of murderous assault is against co-accused Muni Sahani. Allegation against petitioner and others is general and omnibus. Petitioner is a female. She has got no criminal antecedent. She is in custody since 12.02.2018.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25727 of 2018 (2) dt.30-04-2018 P2/ amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Harsidhi P.S.
