The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Khajauli Case No.61 of 2022 instituted under Sections 341, 323, 354(B), 379, 504, 506, 509, 120(B) of the IPC and 66(C)/67 I.T. Act.

As per the prosecution story, the informant lady has alleged that this petitioner along with another accused under conspiracy sent photographs on mobile no.8884977218 which belong to her husband with threatening messages. The further allegation is of assault along with other accused persons. Considering the kind of allegation and the antecedent of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant him relief and the prayer stands rejected.

If however the petitioner surrenders before the
