JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-03-2015 The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case under sections 302,201/34 of the IPC.

Petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased and the police after investigation submitted charge sheet against husband of the deceased who is in custody. Father-in-law of the deceased has also been allowed regular bail and the investigation against the petitioner is pending. Further, the allegation is general and omnibus against her. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, the petitioner as mentioned above would be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in Kotwali(University) Police station Case No. 267 of 2014.
