Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Shambhugunj P.S. Case No. 209 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 307, 435 & 448/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the occurrence has taken place on a trivial issue and the allegations are general and omnibus, inasmuch as, the injuries caused are simple in nature, this application is allowed.
