====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 07-05-2018 Heard Sri Raju Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The sole petitioner, who is in custody since 29.01.2018 in Kanti P.S Case No.547 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 392, 394 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner 's name has come on the basis of confessional statement of the co-accused, however there is no other evidence. Fact remains that on perusal of paragraph-3 of the petition, it is evident that the petitioner is accused in number of cases mostly relating to robbery.

Considering the facts and circumstances, particularly

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26495 of 2018(3) dt.07-05-2018 2/2 the fact that the petitioner is having criminal antecedent, there is no reason to pass favourable order.

The petition stands dismissed.
