The petitioner seeks grant of annual increment for the period 1992-1996 in the scale of Rs.1640-2900. The case in hand is another case where the petitioner has awaken after a long slumber. It is following the judgment of this Court at Annexure 1 that the service of the petitioner has been absorbed vide order dated 3.3.2003 present at Annexure 5 fixing his pay scale at Rs.1640-2900 drawing salary of Rs.2060/-. The grievance of the petitioner is that he did not draw any increment.

While espousing such grievance Mr. Sunil Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, admits that the petitioner superannuated on 31.12.2004 i.e. seven years prior to filing of the writ petition.

Patna High Court CWJC No.8209 of 2011 dt.24-05-2017 The writ petition is grossly belated to raise any claim and it is dismissed accordingly.
